So I have to admit that when I first saw the pedal juice I was a bit mystified at what its purpose was. I thought, “Oh, it’s like a rechargeable battery for 2 pedals but bulkier and not as portable? Is it for people who play shows where there is typically only one outlet? People who like rechargeable batteries but wish they took up more space?”

Then I realized that you could daisy-chain basically as many pedals as you wanted to and power them all with one unit. That’s really cool.

Any gigging musician knows that the fewer things you have to worry about (finding another open outlet for your pedal board, etc.), the better. This also means one less cord strewn across the stage, which is a very good thing. It holds a charge for up to 50 hours of use (depending, of course on how many devices are being powered) on a mere 3.5 hour charge, and has an on/off button to prevent effects from draining power when not in use.
